Newbie Question - Lisser Canada
« on: July 02, 2010, 02:18:14 PM »
I have searched everywhere and cannot find anything regarding Lisser Canada.  I found a No. 5 skillet and it is certainly a heavy piece.  Any feeback on Lisser?

Was $4 a good buy?  I would post a pic, but it's getting a soak in Easy Off right now.

Thanks!

Glenn

Hi Glenn,
  Welcome to WAGS!
I have heard of these skillets, but have never seen one, not even a picture. I would say you can't go wrong for $4. ;)
Please post pictures when you are ready, I would really be like to see one!

Here it is.  Cleaned up quite a bit of crud after two soaks in Easy Off.  Needs 1 more before seasoning.  Any feeback on this pan and this manufacturer?

Hi Glenn,

You're in good company, I have not been able to find out anything either. I Googled the heck out of it too. I live in Canada, and yours is the first I have ever seen.
Thank you very much for those great pictures! Now at least when someone searches for info, they will find this thread. Maybe in the future, one of these searchers will have something to add....
