Battery charger for elect.
« on: April 06, 2015, 05:35:36 PM »
Still looking for a manual battery charger for my electrolasis tank.  Will a 10 amp, 24 volt charger work?  I may have found one on Craig's List.

Yes, it will work.   The first charger I used was a 10 A, 12 volt manual charger.  It still works fine, but I have a large charger now.  You might want to consider adding a 10-amp fuse in the 24 volt line somewhere.  At 24 volts, it will be easier for that charger to push out 10 amps than the 12 volt chargers most people use.
Hold still rabbit so I can dunk you in this bucket of lye!
