time for class action law suit against ebay
« on: April 30, 2017, 12:16:49 AM »
I have literally been on the phone with non-english speaking people for over 5 hours today with ebay. For over 4 hours, I could not list auctions to sell. Now I can't even see the auctions I have listed. I called ebay and they said "we have a glitch in the system, we apologize." I asked for reimbursement and ..........

One of the reasons I never list an item for less than the minimum amount I am willing to sell it for, eBay has a history of glitches where you might get one bid and then for some reason no one else can either see it or bid on it and then if you listed it low hoping it would garner a lot of attention and bids you wind up being obligated to sell it for that one and only bid you got because eBay screwed up.

And yes the amount of people who do not speak fluent english that work for eBay makes communication very difficult, Further most ebay reps you speak to on the phone go by their rule book and pretty mush that says the buyer is always right even when the buyer is trying to screw you over or scam you.

EVERYTHING I hear about Ebay makes me hate them more. If we can somehow get a Class Action Lawsuit moving, put me on board. Ebay is a huge giant eating up and spitting out little people with no collective voice.
