Thank you, Scott. I'm just using this to get used to the process of learning first hand about cast iron. The more I learn the more fun I have. :) A lot of my time is spent looking - 20 to 30 antique malls/stores so far, and a lot more cleaning up what I've bought. From electrolysis and lye to ovens, white vinegar and steel wool, it's been a good experience. Very interested in the "forum" discussions. Hope to get some answers and be able to add something of interest in the future.
