Hello from Texas!  I am very excited to pick everyone's brains about everything cast iron lol!  I am really new to the hobby (like a week) but I tend to go all in on things.  I have already bought a Griswold Slant "erie" No. 8 on eBay that's on its way and just yesterday I found a No 12  1960's Lodge dutch oven for $20 on a local board.  I'm a web developer so I even decided to make a cast iron site because I didn't know these boards even existed, but this is obviously the place to be.  I never knew there were so many cast iron fans out there.
