Good question, Melonee. The authors of the books have to make choices as to what to include and what to leave out. Sometimes that would be based on what the author had in their collection.
I suspect in this case it is most likely base on what is most commonly found by collectors. The Alfred Andresen, Griswold made, cast iron products were sold in great quantities over a long period of time. They are very easy to find for sale most anywhere in the US and on-line even though they are over 100 years old. You also have other common Griswold iron made for him like the KornuKopia iron and Plett and Munk pans.
The 885/886 Griswold marked irons are also very common today for the same reasons.
The Majestic marked 885/886 waffle irons are not common and will rarely be found by most individuals. So what do you use your limited number of pages for? The most common items of course.
Collectors groups like our Forum here and to some extent Facebook are places to find the answers for the more obscure items.
