ID help. Unmarked Favorite? Never seen this before

I need help with an ID on this one I found a couple of weeks ago. I’ve never seen one like this. It looks like a Favorite to me, but it has a raised, underlined,#7 on the bottom. Is that a maker’s mark? It also has some casting flaw type stuff on the bottom. Could it be a recast? Kinda thought that spot in the middle was a spree mark of some sort, but maybe it is just a flaw.

I’ve got it soaking in some Dawn Power Dissolver right now. Might put it in the lye bucket (but it is mighty chilly here today.)

I didn’t notice this with the naked eye, but if you zoom in on the picture of the whole bottom, it looks like it might have a Favorite ghost mark at the top. (Or maybe that’s just my eyes playing tricks on me.)
