I think its #299 ( could be # 259/253 ).  A google search showed a couple very clear pics showing #299.

I bought a Wagner Ware chicken cooker with lid, and this "Skillet Griddle" was inside of it.  I have not had any luck finding any information on it - and would love to learn more about it.
