Thanks for your help.
I think the #5 is 1897-1920 but I'm not sure if #8 is 1919-1940 or 1937 - 1957.
I would appreciate your opinion.

The blue book dates the #5 (slant EPU w/heat ring) at circa 1909 to 1929; it dates the #8 (block EPU w/smooth bottom) at circa 1930 to 1939.
