Unmarked small skillet

I have a small unmarked skillet that is about the size of a number 3 skillet but it has no number or identifying marks, Any guesses on who made it, It measures 6 3/8: across the top outside to outside and measures 5 3/8" across the inside floor of the skillet, Weighs apx 4 ounces less than a Wagner number 3 I have
