Lol, was I right? The bowl looks just like my Erie wax ladle, and Wagner liked to copy Erie stuff. I use mine for a butter warmer when we have crab legs and such. Works great!  ;)

Yes Mark correct guess! 
Wagner made two styles.... one with a wood handle and one with a cast handle.  I don't know if any of them are 'marked'.

But this one has the classic Wagner screw on/off wood handle. 

This one is not in the BB or RB, but when I spotted it , I dove for the old catalogs, and voila, there it is in the 1902, 1915, 1924 & 1927  WAGNER catalogs, and the SidneyWare catalog.
