I almost forgot to post the two pieces that started this round of buying, a Wapak #10 with Erie ghosts and a lovely Marietta spouted pot with bail. I thought I'd put them in the lye before I left, but apparently I forgot. So, almost a week later, here they are!

First up is this lovely Wapak. The fellow at the flea market had several Wapak skillets, but I couldn't afford to bring them all home, so I chose the one that clearly had ghosts. His prices were a bit high, but this one was priced fairly. It should clean up great!

Last but not least (and I mean it this time), is this lovely Marietta, PA kettle or pot with a bail and spout. I haven't seen this form before in a Marietta pot, so it came home with me. I'm not sure yet if it was made by Marietta Hollow Ware & Casting Co. or Marietta Casting Co., but I think probably the latter. I'll know better after I strip it clean.

The seller tried to BS me, saying it was all seasoned and ready to go. It's actually painted, and I pointed out the brush strokes to him. Needless to say, I got it for my offered price.  ;)
