No question in my mind that both are modern, I'm not sure if repro is the right term small item though.
The top one is most likely made by the John Wright foundry in the 70's. If you look, the Griswold pan has 5 pointed stars, these are 6 pointed. They are very common, usually unmarked or it might have a number of the form 31-151, or just the letters JW, or even just a number 1 or 2. . $10 is not that much, but not a bargain. I think they sold for around $3.00 new. I think it was an original design for them.
I've been looking for a real heart star handled pan for many years. I finally quite buying them if I can't hold it first because so many US and offshore repros are around. If it doesn't have a clear gate mark (or sprue mark), I don't consider it an original. Again, $10 is not a bargain, but not too much. I've been looking for one of these because you find it in the early Andresen Catalog but I've never seen one. If one is found I would expect it to have either his name or the AA & Co letters on it.
