It may not look very pretty, but it will still work just fine. Assuming the inside doesn't look like the outside that is.

Claudia's right, it will cook just fine.  I have a #12 Erie with similar pitting on the cooking surface and, once I seasoned it, it is a great user, one of my go to skillets.
