Wow!! First time I have ever seen either of the above photos. Very impressive. I didn't see either in the Blue or Red book. Thanks for posting.

Wholly cow!  I've seen one of those.  Had a chance to buy one on craigslist.  But was totally rusty (this was before I found the WAGS site).  Now with electro and such, wish I would've picked it up.  But I've seen these before.

SURE, SURE you have. I seen five today. I could have bought them but it was too far to carry them to the car.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

All I got to say is Jerry, if you can find them I'd go look them up if the trail ain't too cold.  ;)

As far as I know, all the Griswold gas fired hotel griddles had a  stamped steel base then the waffle irons or griddles were cast iron.
