Brandon, that looks a lot like my grandmother's skillet that I inherited, cooked like crazy in, started my love of cast iron, dropped, broke, and then led to me searching high and low to find one exactly like it. Now, 70+ pieces of cast iron later ... I still haven't found another exactly like it.
Yours might be slightly different from hers, hard to tell from the pictures, but the main characteristics are the same ...
-small pour spouts
-reinforced handle
-raised number
-solid, inset heat ring
My grandmother's also had a large molder's mark at the 5:00 position. The raised mark on the bottom of hers was the "&" symbol. And hers was a #7.
