Bought this aluminum pitcher cheap years ago at auction any ideas on this history value fake real etc

Farold, Pitcher is the real thing, A165 is the P/N for the Griswold water pitcher.
Value I don't know, I will let someone else chime in that is more knowledgeable. Nice find!

There is one on ebay now that has a $100 bid, It has a slightly different handle than yours.
