Picked this up today.  The bottom of the pot is marked at the 12 o'clock position.

The lid seems old.  The top has 11 IN. It has no markings on the bottom.  The bottom side is pretty rough.  It fits really well on the Dutch oven.

Any ideas as to the manufacturer, age, or value?  Thank you.  8-)

I don't know about the age or the manufacturer, but for value I'd say about thirty five dollars or so. As long as the lid fits good. I'm guessing but I don't think that lid goes with that bottom.  :-/

I have no experience with cast iron lids, but in my opinion, it fits great.  Pretty snug.   Thank you, Perry.

Anyone else have ideas on this lid?  I had one person tell me with confidence that it's from an old lodge camp oven but I can't find any with the same markings.    I did find a generic ebay pic with a 13in but no info.     Anywho, it's in the oven now getting it's first round of crisco at 500°.    The Dutch oven cleaned up really nice and has beautiful machine swirls up the sides.

I say it is a marriage for sure due to the fact that you have a camp oven lid and a dutch oven bottom. This fact would hurt the value. BUT both appear to have some age to them
