Griswold 2 burner 320 gas stove
« on: November 09, 2015, 01:15:48 PM »
Found this camp stove in a shop the other day.  The only marking I found was the GRIS320WOLD on the top, and it appears to me that the extended legs where added at some point and are not original. They are asking 95$  Good deal or pass on it?

Hello Mark. Welcome to WAGS. I see this is your first post. If 95.00 is their asking price, I'd offer them less than that. If you have a use for it and want to use it to cook with, its worth every penny of that. If you are looking for a collector piece, I'd look in another direction. Hope that helps. Don't be a stranger come back and visit anytime.  :)

Thank you.   I like to use what I buy, so I'll be using it to cook on at times.  I'm gonna see if they will come down on the price some.

I'll be around more. Just started acquiring my collection of CI and CA pots.  They all cook so much better.  Mark

Hello Mark. If you are just starting out thats great. We'll help you grow and give you all the help and advice we can. I like cast iron because you can be in it any level you want. Here we have members who have and will spend three, four thousand, and more on a single piece of cast iron cookware. And we have others who pick up pieces for much less. And all collectors, whatever level they are in, are welcome. I know of a twenty one thousand dollar piece of cast iron that was bought at an auction for twelve dollars. So there are bargains out there. Learn what you can and start looking.  :)
