Looks like it needs some time in the electro, Seller states he used a wire brush on it,More like not enough cleaning. Looks like it was pretty rusty and some time in an electro bath might turn what looks like a nightmare into a nice piece of cookware. As for the price...well beauty and collectability is in the eye of the beholder and if it will clean up ok then I don't think the asking price is all that bad.
