Greetings everyone,
I recently obtained what seems to be called a "hinged chicken fryer" with Griswold trademarks on it, and while researching the interwebs about cast iron I discovered this site. Got some good info from it already so decided to join...because I have more questions. :)
I live near Seguin, Texas, about 40 miles east of San Antonio, and manage a self-storage facility to enable my eating (and cast iron) habits.
