The font size can be increased in your browser, as each browser is different, and the SMF software using ratios to make the fonts look good together. You'll likely need to increase the font size within your browser so that everything looks proportionally well.

I am not certain why you are seeing tiny print, so hopefully Greg will be able to troubleshoot better than I can....
I have increased the Font size to 14, on this post to see if it helps you to be able to read it any better for now....
