Jesse, I don't have any suggestions for seasoning it either. But it sure did clean up beautifully though. And if you ain't gonnna cook with it, why you wanna season it? You just wanna season it so that IF, you want to cook with it you can, don't you?

Sorry, I ain't much help Jesse. But, just a word of caution, whatever you do, do it right, because you got all that metal, and its big, and its easy to warp, I say easy, but you know what I mean, its easier to warp a great big pan, than say a number 3 or 4 or 5, something small.

How about an open fire pit, surrounded by rocks, with a grate over the top. Get a good hot bed of coals, place it on the grate, and heat it up. The temp would be a guess on an open fire though, but I've heard it done this way before.

I have a friend that runs a Pizza joint. Think a Pizza oven would do it if I set it up on a grate?  I think it would. I want it black and yes I just might use it. Maybe
